Dr. LuAna Boykins | Chief Operating Officer

Dr. LuAna Boykins, NASCO’s Chief Operating Officer, is responsible for leading cross-organizational efforts to effectively guide transformation; align talent, technologies and resources; and accelerate opportunities for scale and growth.

Her career includes leading successful organizational transformations, building high performing improvement cultures, and delivering solutions to drive forward effective operations. She is the recipient of the President’s Award and Torch Award, among others. She is a military Veteran, who believes strongly in social responsibility, exercising this through her dedication and efforts advocating for Veteran wellness support. She is a member of Incoming Calls Management Institute (ICMI), Society of Workforce Planning Professionals (SWPP), Quality Assurance and Training Connection (QATC), and American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA). She also serves as a donor committee member for Paws with a Cause, a national organization committed to enhancing the independence and quality of life for people with disabilities through custom-trained assistance dogs.

In addition to her career achievements, Dr. Boykins has served the Atlanta community through a variety of volunteer leadership roles. She has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration from Upper Iowa University as well as a Doctor of Business Administration from Northcentral University.
