AccumConnectSM is an extensible NASCO product that provides accurate and consistent benefit accumulation information to all applicable NASCO and Blue Plan systems.
AccumConnect provides the benefit accumulations for NASCO’s customer servicing applications, and offers Blue Plans a way to systematically integrate their applications via services. AccumConnect’s tight integration with existing NASCO applications and capability for integration with local Blue Plan systems offers Plans the ability to capture and configure benefits not only for claims adjudication purposes but also for reporting benefit accumulations. The reporting is centralized and reduces overall benefit reporting maintenance.
BeneFACTSM is a suite of applications that support group and individual implementation functions.
NASCO developed BeneFACT to provide an alternative to the typically error-prone process of manually entering benefits in separate systems. BeneFACT enables the centralization of benefits and then provides benefit content to other consuming applications. BeneFACT allows benefits to be developed quickly through the use of common code that can be created once and applied to all other benefits. This reuse of code results in greater accuracy and quicker time to market, while supporting the inherent complexity of today’s benefit plans.
