John Ladaga, will join NASCO as President and Chief Executive
Officer on October 16, 2006. John previously served as Vice
President and General Manager of EDS’ U.S. Region Service
Delivery. With revenues of more than $6 billion and 30,000
employees, the region provided consultancy, business
transformation, application solutions, business process
and hosting services to over 300 clients in the healthcare,
financial services, telecommunications, transportation,
manufacturing, and consumer, retail and energy industries.
Upon assuming that role in July 2003, John led the region
through a transformation that streamlined its organization
and refocused its client service and market approach. The
region has since experienced double-digit growth in profitability
and represents approximately one-third of EDS’ total revenues.
Throughout his career
with EDS, John has held key positions in some of the
company’s most strategic regions. John has managed
all Service Delivery for Latin America and Canada,
comprised of over 200 Clients. At the Southeast
Region, he managed a portfolio greater than $1
billion with some of the company’s most important
clients including Bell South, NASCO and Coca-Cola.
In the Midwest, he managed all service delivery for
a 5 State geography with oversight of key clients
including Wellmark, BCBS of Wisconsin and Humana.
Earlier in his career, at the Southwest Region, he
pioneered and managed EDS’ health care decision
support business. John has a consistent track record
of exceeding financial objectives, delighting
clients, and producing leaders.
Earlier in John’s
career, he held numerous account leadership roles,
directing both technical and business field teams.
He began his career as a systems engineer with the
General Motors Health Care team. He progressed
through the leadership ranks, ultimately achieving
account executive status over the same account on
which he began his career. He went on to manage the
Wellmark account, a joint venture with Dunn &
Bradstreet, and several other accounts before taking
a senior leadership role within the Health Care and
State Health Care strategic business unit.
John holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Old Dominion
University; has completed professional development programs
at Thunderbird University and attended the Executive Development
program at London Business School. John currently resides in the
Atlanta area with his wife and three children.
