A recent addition to NASCO, Barbara Bell-Dees is
charged with formulating the company's strategy for
ongoing human asset management, including associate
recruitment and retention. She is focusing on developing
NASCO's major competitive differentiator - its people and
high-performing teams - ensuring that associates have the
tools they need to continue excelling.
Barbara has nearly twenty years of
experience in human resource management
and administration. Most recently, she
was a Client Service Manager at Paychex
with oversight for the Georgia, California,
and North Carolina markets. Her team successfully
transitioned clients to using their services and
product offerings. They also provided ongoing
customer service support, conducted customer
satisfaction assessments, and managed customer
retention activities.
A former EDS associate, Barbara spent 16
years with the company, the first of which
were in human resources roles of increasing
accountability. In her last four years with
the company, she served as a Strategic Business
Partner for the Midwest, Northeast, and Southeast
regions covering an employee base of over 1000.
In this capacity, Barbara was responsible for
integrating multiple corporate human resources
disciplines and initiatives, and coordinating
them to meet the specific market needs of the
three regions she supported in order to align
with overall corporate HR strategies and targets.
Barbara attended DeKalb Community College and
received The Society for Human Resource Management
(SHRM) Professional Human Resources Certification
from Kennesaw State College in Kennesaw, Georgia.
Barbara is passionate about fitness, SEC football,
and tailgating at Atlanta Falcons home games. She
and her husband of over 25 years reside in Cumming,
Georgia.
