To ensure that NASCO's total solution is viable now and in the future, we receive guidance and input from our Plan stakeholders through the following committees and groups:

Executive Committee

Confirms our strategic direction and provides corporate oversight on budget and pricing

Systems Steering Committee

Advises on the future development and direction of NASCO's system and helps establish priorities

Advisory Groups

NASCO also leads a number of advisory groups that foster consultation with Plan customers in order to discuss opportunities and propose solutions to improve the overall value of the NASCO solution

Work Groups

To gather customer input on business requirements, business design, testing, and user acceptance for enhancements to the NASCO solution, we support a number of product and project-related work groups
