Vice President, Products
As NASCO’s Vice President of Products, Leslie Dickens drives product strategy, management and maturation for all NASCO product portfolios. She is responsible for NASCO’s comprehensive product portfolio strategy that focuses on our customers’ business needs and aligns our product capabilities to both business and market needs. She also ensures the effective and consistent use of our products and capabilities and plays a key role in identifying new product or partnership opportunities for NASCO.
Leslie has been instrumental in introducing standards for NASCO’s product maturity, including product adoption, product value and performance expectations for the product organization. She works with her to team to drive leveraged, shared investment opportunities for our customers by expanding product knowledge, adoption and use, and is working to identify and communicate the value our customers achieve by using our products and capabilities.
With over 25 years experience in the healthcare IT industry, Leslie has amassed a wealth of information technology and healthcare knowledge. She joined the NASCO family 12 years ago, and since that time, she has successfully led several complex, high-profile projects and programs, including SSNUSA, NPI, LDUES, BlueCard and ICD-10. She also led the development of NASCO’s strategy and roadmap to mature the product management discipline and was instrumental in launching several NASCO products, including NCompass, Navigator and PMR.
Leslie received a Bachelor of Arts degree in mathematics from Wesleyan College in Macon, Georgia. She resides in Brookhaven, Georgia, with her wife, Lori, and their Boston Terrier, Molly.
