Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
As NASCO’s Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Chris Hauser is responsible for the company’s corporate finance and accounting functions, portfolio and project management systems and governance, and operations for NASCO’s central financial payment processing.
Chris has over 25 years of progressive experience across a broad range of both financial management and operations management positions. After joining NASCO as Controller in 2004, Chris implemented enterprise-wide accounting and financial decision support systems, which drive business decision making. He also performs a key role in cost structuring to promote win-win financial solutions for potential Blue Plan owners and customers, NASCO and its existing Blue Plan owners.
Chris is the driving force behind NASCO’s implementation and adoption of its portfolio and project management system, which enables full integration of actual project effort against detailed project plans and materially reduces risks.
Chris holds professional certifications as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA) and a Project Management Professional (PMP). He has received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Tampa and a Master of Business Administration degree from Regis University. Chris resides in the Atlanta area with his wife and three children.
